We do not outsource any work to ensure the quality of our solutions, and to be highly collaborative and responsive to our clients' needs. We are easily accessible thanks to our use of modern communication tools and our close proximity to Vancouver International Airport and rail, bus, ferry, and road networks.
Radical I/O was established in 2014 by founders Ian and Briana Sim, who wanted to establish a different kind of technology company - a company that values community, relationships, and social good - and won’t compromise its principles for profit.

Briana leads Radical’s people, culture, and community activities, and strategically plans how the team can create impactful programs and digital products for government, education, and non-profits. She's passionate about ensuring inclusiveness and belonging in every area of the company, and in championing women to pursue careers in technology. Briana holds an MEd and a BBA, and is co-chair of Women in Communications and Technology, BC Chapter (WCTBC).
